Could the be a possible warranty issue?

I mean, it looks pretty clear to me that the oil pan is leaking. Probably just need to drop it, scrape off the RTV and reapply. If it's under warranty you can try and get the dealership to do it, but it doesn't take all that long to do yourself. Just wait for your next oil change and do it then.

That is unless the leak looks like it's coming from higher up.
