Hard top storage cart?

I'm thinking about picking one of these up, or making something similar :

Does anyone have experience with this product or something like it? I think overhead storage would be the best solution, but that just isn't feasible at my current place of residence. Hoping I can build something like this for cheap for the time being until we get a house with an acceptable garage space... she wants a bigger kitchen anyway, so may be sooner rather than later, just trying to find a easy temporary solution so I can enjoy top less jeeping and/or take the factory soft top out of the boxes stacked up in the office. Do a Google search for "Jeep Hardtop Storage Dolly Plans" and you will come up with multiple threads and sources for a cheap and effective option. I built one in about an hour and it cost maybe $30 in materials from Home Depot.
