How to grease quicker disconnect bushing zerks

What is the best way to grease the zerk fitting on the sway bar disconnect?

What grease is the best to use?

I've tried the auto zone zerk grease gun with the green grease but it seems too thick and won't go in.

Any advice?

Your zerks might be clogged. Make sure you always wipe the zerks down really good before greasing. Might want to try picking up some new zerks and giving them a try. As far as grease goes I use valvoline moly fortified multi purpose grease but that green stuff should be fine I would think.

Second that.

If the zerk has a hexagonal mount then it can be unscrewed and cleaned \ unclogged with engine de greaser other other distillates.

You can buy a box of zerks at harbor freight for cheap.
