Thought it would be interesting to see what members are interested in (hobbies) other than of-course Jeeps.


For me my top 3 hobbies are:

Jeeps
Woodworking

Jeeps, Fishing and Sailing for me, although watch collecting is up there as well. The wife and I plan to retire on a sailboat.

Great thread. It's good to be well rounded. Plus, it would be cool to organize a multi-event run like wheeling to a mountain and skiing/snowboarding.

I love snow boarding, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and anything outdoors like hiking, camping, etc...

I guess mine would be ice hockey. More of a passion than a hobby but that's what I'm doing If I'm not Jeeping. Good form for a guy in his 40's.

When I am not spending every cent on my JK I am spending it on my guns, which are only a handful (damned NFA toys are not cheap). And I am not sure if it counts as a hobby but for sure a passion is being a volunteer firefighter...just can't get enough of it! :rock:

My job is my #1 passion and hobby. I absolutely love manufacturing performance parts and most importantly building the cars/engines to test the parts in.

When I'm not working my hobbies are Jeeps, guns, boats, and everything outdoors. My newest hobby is RC drones which has got me more involved with photography and video editing.

I'd have to say wood working, hiking, mountain biking, anything mechanical and rescuing dogs (actually working with United and local rescues and vets to fly dogs from Yulin back Stateside)

Just one hobby is leather-craft here are a few things I have made over the years.




I did all the leather work for my sister in laws cosplay stuff quiver belt and bracers


Also we love fishing hunting and lots and lots of cigars!!

I do dig the new stangs too!

I am into carpentry, hiking and just love being outdoors.

Besides the Jeep, I am or was heavily into customizing RC 4x4's to go tiny trailing, because Illinois has nothing for the full size rigs.

These are just 2 of about 20 or more.

I also like photography, I'm not very good, but I like to take pictures....of anything
