PIGINJK8 build

As many of you know, I recently picked up a 2012 Sahara JK8. With the help of Luis, we drove it from Orlando to CA in about 36 hours.

My plan for the rig is to make it lighter, and a decent off-road JK. It won't be built to take on crazy trails, but more than capable of what we plan to wheel.

Picking it up from the dealer

(Do not think for one second that this thread is not going to go the way of the "Knuckles build" thread)

First of all, you have to subscribe to at least 5 others to get a deal on this thread subscription. Secondly don't think for a second that this thread will ever meet the epicness of the Knuckles build thread. Two such epic threads cannot exist in this space-time continuum and whatnot.

Next up Hanson basic carrier.

At half the price as the Tera break teraflex carrier. This is made from real steal and built in California. It attaches to the factory hinge and tailgate. It's basically a factory carrier on steroids.

I plan on running EV0 framed rings as well

I've never seen that TC, that seems like a no brainer for anyone wanting a tailgate mounted carrier that won't kill people on the highway. What size tire will it support?

Funny, it's been out since 2006! No one really knows about it.

37" is about the biggest.
