Australian Jeep Jamboree - some pics.

Got home yesterday from the Australian Jeep Jamboree. First time on some more serious tracks with the JK, and it impressed the heck out of me just where a stock(ish) JK will go.
The weekend was held in a small town called Rydal in New South Wales, just on the western slopes area of the Great Dividing Range (nothing like the Rockies, but hey....its all we got.)

Some pics
First sequence was shot on someone's phone of my JK 1/3 the way up a climb.....we followed a double locked TJ up the hill on the left line, then the guy says we needed to change lines and go up the right.....only we have to cross over some ruts to do it.

Climbing a couple of ridges and stopping to wait for the rest of the group....

One of the guided groups.....

The river forms part of one track....good solid rock bottom, but you have to check the depth first....often it's a bit deeper than this, apparently.

The host Jeep club (Sydney Jeep Club) built a test track for a bit of fun.

Some guys I met up there and I would head out at night for some track runs.

Packed up to head home with the camping trailer.....its an on-going project. :)

Some people have video they say they'll send me....I'll post some if it looks like it's worth the watch.
