So almost 2 months ago I bought my wj. So far I've added lights, tints, cb, a lil paint and a fat bobs 2.5" lift. I'm currently waiting for an led cb antenna from Adams off-road and the hidden winch mount from hk offroad which should b here in the next couple wks. I'll add pics of the install process. I'm about to order some tires 285/70/17 and was wondering if I can fit these without cutting yet?

285/70R17 are about 32.7ish in diameter. I run 255/75R17 JK tires (32.0 diamater). With my 4 inch lift I had to trim a fair amount. If you aren't afraid of trimming, I'd say go for it and get the tires and adjust accordingly. You will most likely need wheel spacers and/or wheels with proper backspacing to make sure they clear. Also, with that big of a tire, you will most likely have to relocate your washer bottle under the hood instead of inside the LF wheel well. You can buy a 98 ZJ washer bottle all day long for cheap and it has all the necessary holes to convert your WJ pumps and level sensor into the new bottle. Then re-locate it under the hood.

OK thanks . I guess I'll order the tires then get the flares next month and make it one big project for a weekend. I purchased a tuff stuff 9500 winch with 85ft of cable. Eventually I'll swap it out for a synthetic rope
