    Textured powder coat touch up?

I have a few nicks and scrapes in my LoD bumper, and used rustolium to cover the bare metal, but was wondering if there is something out there that better matches the texture of the powdercoating? I did not get the 2 stage zinc option... what do you guys use?

    Rustoleum Truckbed Coating. Works great.

I'm sure it would. I tried to find some pics of some used on mine but can't. But on the web, this guy did some stuff on his bike. http://mattsnook.com/bmw/bmwXCountry...ards/index.htm

Scroll to the bottom and you'll see. I love the stuff. Looking at some LOD bumpers on the web, I think this stuff will be perfect for you. You can always test it out first on something else too.

A lot of times with that type of paint you can hold the spray can back farther to match the texture.

Since this thread came up again, I found these photos finally. Actually I already posted them on another thread, but in case someone is looking, this is what Rustoleum Truckbed Coating looks like.

Rustoleum truck bed coating works great. If you have small areas to touch up you can spray some in a small cup and use a small paint brush to paint the area. It usually takes a few coats to get good coverage to get the coverage right.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
