I have a special decanter bottle brush. Small amount of dish soap and hot water. Coarse salt is interesting???
Not all “wine” but some of it is. Had a little pick up at the meadery.

I asked a restaurant years ago with a similar decanter and they said they used coarse salt after rinsing it out first...
