We use to do that with a knee board. We never got that much snow though so by afternoon we were always eating dirt and grass when we wiped out. LOL.

That was so cool! I would love to do that! And good for NYPD for not giving them a hard time. Seems like it made everyone on the street stop and smile and forget about the cold for a few minutes.
