Hey everyone... I'm interested in BFG KO2 tires. 35x12.5x17. Let me know the good the bad and the ugly.... if any. Go........

They're bad ass tires. I've ran several sets on other vehicles. Keep them rotated and you'll get good life out of them too.

I've been running the KO2 in a 35x12.5 for around a year now and I have had absolutely no complaints. They handle extremely well on the road and perform great off road. Of course with an all terrain tire it will have some short comings in mud, but it still does very well. I use my rig as a daily driver. Quiet ride and still aggressive enough to get out on the trails. I could almost guarantee that I'll be buying a new set of the same tire when mine wear out.

All in all, great tire.

I've had mine on for about 20k miles and they still look new. I do a fire tire rotate every oil change. They are excellent for DD. Slick however like the old ko tires when it's pouring rain. Mud they clean well in skag type but clay mud they don't being an at tire. Mine have quite a bit of weight put on when I first got them. I'm starting to get a speed shimmy so they probably need rebalanced however I couldn't say with more or less weight would be added.

I'm on my second set. Third of you count the original KO. I obviously like 'em!

Great tires. We've put probably 15k on our set and love them. Great in the snow and ride nice and quiet.

Here's a pic of mine after a little bit of snow/mud. Great tires honestly the best tire I have ran and I never used to be a fan of bfg to be honest. They hold up great and have amazing traction.

I've ran several sets of the originals. Loved them for being an AT.

If we ever get the wife a four door, gonna put a set of the KO2s on it. [emoji106]

been running KO's for years and they are a great all around tire.

The KO2's are even better! they handle the snow and wet roads better than the original KO's. on the trail they seem to grab the rocks better and I haven't noticed any chunking.

Just over 7K on mine and love them! There 35x12.5x18's and run them around 32 psi. No complaints at all with this tire.

I rotate every 7 - 10k miles including spare but just go straight around. I have 55k miles on my KO's and they have a loooong way to go yet. I will try LasVegasJK rotation next as they are starting to make a little noise but really nothing annoying yet. Plan to get 35 X 12.5 KO2's this summer.

This thread is just what I was looking for. I currently run 33x12.5x15 duratracs and I love them to death, but they don't make 35s with a 15 inch wheel. Another member on the forum recommended I look at the ko2. Has anyone on here made the switch from duratracs to ko2s?
