Negative effects of not re-gearing soon enough?

I would like to know the negative effects that not re-gearing soon enough has on my jeep. My current set up is 08' six speed with 29k miles, 37's, and 4:10's. It is my daily driver and the highest speed I see is 55mph every week. With Moab just around the corner I would like to drive it to Moab wheel for a few days then drive it home. I plan to re-gear in about a month but was curious what not gearing for my 37's has done to the vehicles drivetrain.

Nothing. It's fine. Especially since it's that short of time. I know a lot of people that runs that same setup for years. And they are still making it. So your fine. Just loss of power ha

Well not like it's any indication that my Transmission is fine, BUT I ran my '13 with 37's and 4.10s for almost three years (30k miles). I recently regeared to 5.13's and really noticed my transmission doesn't lag anymore.

You'll be fine for a while.

I ran that setup for 3 years...24k with no issues at all. Only annoyance was when I would stall on big rocks on the trail.
