Speedometer

My speedometer isn't working. I have replaced the thing in the transmission and still nothing.

So the "thing" you replaced in the transfer case, not transmission, was the drive gear? Did you take a drill to the cable and see if you spin it the speedo works?
Could be a broken cable. A speedo shop can make you the internal part, that way you don't have to replace the entire cable.
