The best way and brand hitch

I want to put a hitch on my 95 Yj , any tips on if it's safe to trailer and what is the best way to mount a hitch? Brand suggestions?

Have a U-haul receiver hitch installed on my LJ. It's pretty solid. Came with it from previous owner, will take it off when I replace the bumper. Believe U-haul gets their hitches from Reese. Think the TJs were rated to tow about 800 pounds. YJs would probably be similar.
