Hello guys on my 05 WK limited I bypassed the factory amp to add a sub and aftermarket amp into the system using a PAC device, wanting to do the same thing on my JK. The only main different I can tell is that the JK has a factory sub and my WK didn't.. If I remember correctly the PAC device just used the rear speaker wires to receive current and send that to the amp which was obviously powered from the battery.. Has anyone done this before? I'm wanting to go this route because of always having the doors and top off and who will suspect aftermarket stereo equipment with a stock head unit. Thanks!
