Removing Quarter panel

Post a pic. There is a door, then a fender at the front of a JK. Unless you mean the front part of the quarter panel, then you need to cut.

The front fender sheetmetal can be unbolted. Assuming you have already removed the fender flare and liner, there are several 10mm bolts that hold the fender to the core support and body tub. Starting from the front, there is one bolt under the fender behind the turn signal. Then there are several at the top of the fender, under the hood, that holds the fender to the core support. Unbolt the cowl and windshield bracket. Under the cowl are 2 more 10mm bolts. Under the front door, there are 2 bolts holding the bottom of the fender to the body tub. Inside the door jamb there are 2 more bolts holding the fender to the tub. On the passenger side, you will need to unplug the antenna from the mount. Good luck.
