The menu button on the steering wheel. Scroll through the menus to find it.
You'll see it in the dash cluster on the left.

On my '13, it's called Personal Settings. Even though I have that "menu" found in the series of buttons on the left side steering wheel, and if I recall correctly, it was a series of buttons pushed on my key that shut those off. Check out your owners manual. That's where I found the directions for my model year.

I did mine through the menu using the steering wheel buttons. It's called illum approach that you want to turn off

I believe it is a feature added with the connectivity package. My Sport S has this.

My reference was also to the Sport S model I have.
I used to drive an '08 Charger at work. It did not have the ability to turn off the headlights when unlocking the doors without being programmed at the dealer.
Did you get a chance to check out your owners manual?

Yep, I have a Sport, & I can do it. It's the connectivity package.
