Shut my door this morning and noticed the car door key cylinder wasn't flush with the door. I pushed it back in, manually locked the door, shut it again and boom popped right back out. Pulled it out completely to see what the deal was and the piece inside the door that the cylinder goes into dropped down inside the door. Now I'm without a lock on my drivers side door! I have manual door locks and had unlocked it with the key this morning before I left and it seemed fine at that time as well as when I used the key to unlock it again at my stepson's soccer game later in the day. It doesn't look to be tampered with (no scratches on the door paint around the lock or on the lock itself). Drove over to the dealer to set up an appointment for them to fix and was told that this is the second 2016 they had this week with the same issue.
