anyone ever had this issue, and if so what did you do? my new end links won't fit into the hole on the sway bar. they slide right in on my sport sway bar. I tried tapping it in a bit but it barely went and started to round the threads over so I stopped. any help would be great!

Why don't you just drill out the hole on the swaybar enough to fit the bolt through. If it's stuck then you may have to heat it up.

Mine were tight also. But I didn't have drill them. I actually threaded them through the sway bar until I could get the nut in them.
