Mixing 2 brands of shocks ?

I have a 2 door Jk with Skyjacker shocks and one of my fronts blew out. I wanted to get some higher quality shocks like some Fox or Bilstein but dont have the money to replace all 4 at once. Is it alright if I put some new high quality shocks up front and keep my Skyjackers on the rear for a bit ?

I have bilsteins on the front of my tj and the old skyjackers on the back. It is fine. I can just tell there are brand new shocks on the front and blown out ones in the back.
