Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but how on earth are you fitting this diff cover on the face of a pro rock 44?

That doesn't look like a Pro Rock housing to me. It does look like a D44 with a Dynatrac diff cover where the logo was replaced.

It's definitely aftermarket. Those C's are much beefier than a standard D44. Just not convinced it's a PR44...

If anyone looks at it in person, it should also be stamped on the bottom ears. One says DYNATRAC and one says PATENTED.

The entire shape is what squashes it. I don't think anyone other than Dynatrac makes a diff cover for a PR44 housing and that's def not a Dynatrac cover. The guy is full of shit, just don't want anyone getting burned.

The C's look like Dynatrac. Other than that, I'm not seeing it. Even the upper mount should have side supports. As stated earlier, the bottom of the pumpkin shape will be the most obvious feature. No cover should fit other than a Dynatrac cover.
