Smart start with Mopar OEM remote start

Hey guys so I'm trying to find out if a viper smart start or compatible device can be added to my Jeeps factory remote start. It would be nice to start it from my phone at work before heading out.
    2010 JKU auto of course.

From what I was told by the stealership here... No. I was going to add this to my 13, but you would have to bypass the sentry key and it kind of defeats the whole anti theft. I'm not sure if they were trying to up sell me or...?

I believe so but I was told it takes a different remote which meant buying all new keys and the alarm and remote start module 225 per key plus labor... No way

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
