Thoughts on Polaris buying Transamerican Auto Parts

Anyone have an opinion about this deal? Will this mean good/bad things for TAP and Polaris? What will this mean for other UTV/ATV manufacturers?

We'll probably see some TAP brands begin making parts for Razrs and such and possibly some Razrs at local 4WP dealers, but any other guesses?
