Unknown things on our forum

I received an email the other day for a friend request, I had no idea what this meant? I always have WAYALIFE open on my phone and iPad so when I clicked on the link I had to log in which I thought I was always logged in since I can post to threads on either device 24/7. I can't figure out how to update my bio or whatever it's called on my iPad either. What other things are nice to have that people don't know about if we don't have a computer?
