Rubicon wheels - Denver

Anyone want to buy some Rubi wheels?

I'm toying with the idea of buying some aftermarket ones to better fit the 37s.

They're dirty in these pics but in great shape. Just a few scratches from the mall.

Open to selling tires with them too. They're 265-70-r17 BFG KO2s with at least half the tread left. Awesome tires. Looking at getting another set in the new tire size I'll be running.*

Did you order 37s already?
No, not yet. I can fit 37s, just would still be on 3.73 gears without C gussets right now.

So wheels/tires stay on Jeep till I have confirmed buyer, then I order new ones and do the swap all at once. Saves me the cost of mounting 37s on Rubi wheels now and then moving them over later.

We'll see. If no buyer for these, will just stick to original plan of mounting 37s on stock wheels, even though they're technically not wide enough.

Guys can't barely get $250-300 for brand new 50 mile takeoffs exactly like this.

I disagree. Already been offered $800 without the wheel spacers. BFG mud terrains suck. KO2s are awesome. For this exact setup your looking at $300-500 for the wheels off CL in Denver, another $1125 for the tires from DTD (I just priced it out), and another $100-200 for wheel spacers. That's $1525-1825 for what I'm selling for $1100.

I agree with you GraniteCrystal. I have sold a few sets with between 2000-5000 miles on them. Each time I got $800-$1000 for the factory Rubicon rims and tires. That's a great price you have.

To me thats a little high. Maybe its just me but I wouldnt pay anything over $1000 for what is essentially factory wheels and tires, even with the spacers. And thats on the high side for me. KOs/KO2s are good tires but they arent the greatest things since sliced bread.

I also disagree. I purchased a set of Rubi take offs for around $850. The cheapest I've ever seen them is about $750.

Granite, id pay you 2k for yours because they have KO2s and Colorado trail use on them ;)

Also Granite, if you sell the spacers by themselves, let me know first and I'll take them off your hands. As long as they are Spydertrax, that is.

Thanks Nathan. Yep, they're Spidertrax. If no one takes them with wheels/tires, you got first dibs on them 👍
