Biggest takeaway on that story I got was the plan for the Wagoneer & GC to be body on frame construction. That's a completely new platform if true. The current GC & Durango are built on a Mercedes platform (M series I believe) from back when they were owned by Daimler.

FCA Announces new Toledo Plant for the Pickup

Sorry if it's old news, but actual confirmations in the news get me excited...this came out today on Reuters...

FCA said a plant in Warren, Michigan, near Detroit, would make the Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer SUVs, while a Toledo, Ohio, factory would produce the Jeep pickup.

from this Reuters article this morning...

The new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will likely be rugged, body-on-frame SUVs that will seat seven or eight people
IF, and I say IF, this is big news and a significant departure from the Grand Cherokee unibody. One can only hope......

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
