I thought I had a broken chain in the transfer case and went to my local dealer to have it fixed under warranty. Well, turned out to be a loose rear sway bar that was not tightened from a previous alignment job (different shop). I was happy to have the problem resolve and they charged me for only half of the time that they required to actually fix it. Prestige Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge in Las Vegas.

Unfortunately, I've had one of the worst experiences trying to buy a Jeep at Prestige in Las Vegas, NV and there's no way I'd ever list them as a preferred dealership. You can read all about it here:

I would have to say the worst is Chrysler jeep dodge in Henderson. Never take responsibility of what they do rather find excuses of why it happened. Had drive shaft replaced and it was installed wrong, there excuse was it's common!! WTF

I know they've sold a lot of vehicles with 35s and lifts on saharas and told people they are under warranty. But when they come to get things fixed under warranty they'll say the lift and wheels void the warranty.
