To participate in the jeep dealership reviews, I would like to add my experiences in southeast Michigan. For anyone in the Detroit metro area, I would NOT recommend the above mentioned dealer. Back in 2014 I developed the death wobble in my 2010 2-door. As cosigners to the Jeep, my grandparents insist that I use them for service.
Long story short, this dealer does not know what death wobble is, what causes it, or how to solve it. I went back multiple times without ever resolving the issue. Of course they tried to sell me a new SS and my grandfather bought into it even though I told him they were wrong. They also gave me crap about having an aftermarket bumper and off road lights. I ended up convincing my grandfather the ball joints needed to be replaced and what do ya know, no more DW.
Just so that it isn't missed, I do NOT recommend this dealer for issues like death wobble.
