Death wobble?

Buddy had new rims and tires put on his JKU and he hit a tiny pot hole and now he has this bad shake/wobble. Tires are balanced.. any thoughts?

Nope can't get it to work.. anyway at those speeds it makes a very loud clunking noise and begins to wobble uncontrollably for about 3-4 seconds and it quits. A loud rattle emits during the wobble. It happens again about 5-10 seconds later.. what should we check?? It's a 2014 with a 2"lift. He had 33's on 20"s and switched to stock 17" rims with 33s
