Question: ring and pinion rubicon and non rubicon.

I ordered new ring and pinion and install kit for my JK sport. I just received them today and the D44 ring and pinion says it's for a Rubicon. And the install kit for the D30 says it's for a TJ. Will this set up work with my JK sport 2010?

Company replied and said ring and pinion will work but install kit is wrong. There're sending out a new kit.

Factory 3.73. I'm putting a truetrac lsd in the front and a locker in the back. I need to know if the ring and pinion for rubicon and non rubi are the same?

the ring and pinion for a Rubicon vs. non-Rubicon are different for the front axle (D30 vs D44)

the ring and pinion for a Rubicon vs. non-Rubicon the same for the rear axle (D44 vs D44)

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
