I used the write-up by Eddie in the Project-JK tab - very thorough as usual

My ol man finally decided he needed sliders so I sold him on the LOD's. Got them this past week and opened the box yesterday. Didn't have any instructions or packing list. Is there supposed to be anything of the sort or not?

We used the OEM bolts on the jeep and then welded the rest of the feet.

Oh my! Haha you guys are hardcore! But that should be a solid, life-time set of sliders now haha. If you scratch them and ever feel they need a touchup, you can always use some Rustoleum truck bed liner, as it blends well with the powdercoat.
Also, all of our instructions are online, on our website, if you are ever missing or lose the paper instructions!
There is supposed to be a packing list and a set of instructions on there. Not exactly sure what happened over at shipping that you didn't get themBut you can see copies of the instructions on our website at www.lodoffroad.com
Man those look good without the inserts. I should weld mine on. Some of my bolts have came looks and the taps are messed up.
