09 spark plug n wire change

Got 143,000 on it, don't know if plugs have ever been changed, bought it at 85k.

Would the ignition coil need changing?

Should I put something like pb blaster on the plugs before pulling them?

What are the odds I break the wire tray?

I know about universal joint and extension on back passenger plug and using a string when removing old wires to pull through the new wires.

Any other tricks?

I found it easier to remove the passenger front wheel and go at the rear plug from the wheel well. I had an ignition coil go bad but the electrode was rusting. If it's not causing problems I would leave it. Not sure on the pb blaster as I never used it and mine came out fine.
