Exhaust Hole

So I noticed a very tiny hole in my stock exhaust when I came to the rear and noticed quite a bit of water dripping from it. It's almost a uniform hole so I almost figure it came stock but I've never noticed it before and why would they purposely have a hole here? Any answers would be great.

It's normal. During the combustion process a chemical reaction actually happens in the cats. Well that chemical reaction creates CO2 and water. The hole is just for the water that builds up to exit so it doesn't rust out

Too funny. I've owned my jeep for 8 years and just noticed this very thing a few days ago and wondered the same.
