I like the size. I have two Bullmastiffs and my two boys. So when we go camping, I need more room for stuff. And I want to do a trailer. Setup up with some jeep wheels and go that way.

When I was scouting the innerwebs for one. Craigslist in Utah, Colorado seemed to be the hot spots. Funny though I ended picking up mine from a neighbor in San Diego who had it just sitting in his driveway.

Govplanet.com has online auctions for all sorts of military equipment. I have never bid so I cant be of much help there. Just search m416 in the trailer section. Warning the site is dangerous every time I get on it I try to buy a M1078 LMTV 4x4 or something else I cant possibly afford.

I searched and searched and could only find rusted junk for $1500 or more. Set up a automatic craigslist search so you get pinged the second one is listed near you.
Another option is to buy a new off-road ready version. I nearly pulled the trigger on a Ruger off-road trailer. They're supposed to be really nice and also more affordable than AT trailers, being about $4,500. My wife voted and we ended up with a Casita RV trailer instead as she wanted a bathroom.
