Hey guys I'm planning to begin my motor swap in about a month and I'm curious what my stock parts can go for? It's the 2.5l I4 with nothing wrong with it and my 3 speed automatic transmission, the 32rh, plus stock radiator. Just trying to gauge how much I can see coming back into my pocket.

I usually check local Craigslist to get an idea. If your willing to hold out you can get higher dollar. 4 door hardtop were going for about $1000 I held out and got $1300. Supply and demand lol

Craigslist around me doesn't have a single one of these transmissions and only the core of these motors, I've been looking for a few weeks but haven't been able to get a great idea.

That's what I was afraid of. And the only appeal for the transmission is its supposedly a good crawler auto.

I always fuck with these guys too. Why not. I told one guy I would only meet him in a location of my choice and that he would be immediately surrounded by my bodyguards and I would be air dropped from a helicopter to make the exchange. He seemed really confused and didn't want to comply.

Back on topic, the last 2.5 i sold only brought about 300 bucks. I did put it in for the guy, so getting some labor helped the deal.
