Replacement Headlights

Looking to replace the headlights on my TJ. I live on the western slope of Colorado and do 90% of my driving down 2 lane highways on mountains. With that being said, I'd like to get something bright, but not asshole bright. You know, the guys that run LED's in factory headlight housings.

What do you have and how have they been? I'm not interested in any Halo style lights, so no need to comment.

I did the hella h4 conversion in my TJ and it was a huge improvement. I chose them for the glass lens, loved them for the output.

Oh, I should also note, before you go about changing them, make sure they are properly aligned, that alone could be a big improvement, and if you still need to change them, align the new ones properly.

I had the IPF H4s in my TJ and they did real well.

I bought mine on Amazon. You can kind of see them in this picture.... they aren't bad as long as they're aimed correctly.

i picked up LED headlights with running lights from a company called "Nightsun" for a reasonable $120 , they work extremely well.
