Need help please

My 2004 TJ Rubicon is making this noise when shifting first gear to second at around 15-25 miles only. I don’t get lower or higher rpm just the noise. [/IMG]

What kind of noise? Cold? Hot? Uphill downhill? Every time?

Regular street, only happens when shifting 1st to 2nd gear. Between 15 and 25 mph. Someone told me my torque converter is getting bad. I also noticed oil leak. Just a bit everywhere I stop.
