Soon I will be moving into a new house with a garage that will accommodate a vehicle lift.

I was curious if there were any tips from those of you that have lifts. Would you change anything if you had to do it all again?

Damn i wish i had a big enough garage at my house to fit a lift in it. That would save me so much aggravation

Bendpac's...find a used one. 10k min but IMO find a 12k as they are much more stable.
Get one with the adj 3 arm vs the 2 arm ones.

Make sure the slab is 6" thick.

Im in the same boat, looking to relocate back east, #1 on the list 12 foot ceilings for a Benpac Lift.
They say (Benpac owner's on youtube) that besides the high garage door adjustment, bolt in, and air tank location is something you should look into.
Post pics when you get it all in..
