Welcome. My grandmother drives a 99 in that exact same model and color with a 5 spd. Yours looks super clean like hers too.

Same age group so there's that. It seems to be in really good shape and unmolested so there's nothing to undo, that means I can concentrate on needed maintenance.

The tires won't last much longer and it needs some sort of soft top for summer and fall; that's a good starting point. I'm undecided about the Blue Ox baseplate, if the installer used red loctite per the instructions it could be a pretty awkward job.
