Wild harness found during undercoat sesh

So I spent a few hours under my jeep yesterday cleaning and undercoating my frame (live next to the beach and the rust struggle is very real). The undercoat came out great but I found a loose harness bouncing around my front bumper and can't figure out where it goes.

There's another harness behind the bumper but I don't think it goes there. It runs passenger and disappears into the truck, I'll have to inspect more thoroughly and follow it back today today, unless someone here knows what the hell this does, no idea how long it's been unplugged. I'm throwing a p0128 code right now but I'm pretty sure it's my coolant temp sensor (which I'm replacing tomorrow)

But here it is, anyone know what it is before I dig a google hole or try and navigate chryslers wiring diagrams?

The harness and plug:

And my fresh frame sans rust after the undercoat looking freshhhh :)

Edited previous response because some retard can't tell the front of a Jeep from the rear. Responded before I had my coffee this AM.......
