Flat towing in Canada

Sorry if in the wrong category, a friend of mine needs to set up a Prevost to flat tow a jeep in Canada and just found out the vehicle in tow needs a break away braking system. Has anyone experienced this before and could point me in the right direction for a brake actuator? Thanks in advance

I use a Blue Ox Patriot brake for my Jeep. Easy to use and has a break away pin to activate the brakes if it becomes separated from the motorhome. Picked it up on Amazon for significantly less that an RV dealership
