Nice. Too bad Pa doesn't open up a tiny portion of the thousands of square miles of land it owns and controls in a similar way. I drive through an awful lot of unused territory on the way to Rausch Creek :grayno:

That's why federally managed public lands (even as over regulated as they are, especially NPS) are nice. The public still gets to use them. Most states and county open spaces go to waste because they don't know how do manage it so they don't let anyone use them. Glad to see MD making the effort.
