Well, Having received the new trailer cover, I finally had time to cut it to wrap around the rack posts, restitch everything and add more eyelets. Happy with the result. Also received my wheels, however on dry fit the center holes are not large enough to accommodate the bore of the idler hubs. Don’t know why I didn’t think to check. After googling it, seems a lot of folks attempting to use Jeep wheels run into this issue. Got a set of wheel spacers on order and a new set of hole saws as a backup plan. Wheel spacers are plan A, but will have to see how everything fits in conjunction with the fenders. If that’s a no-go, then taking a hole saw to the wheels to get the hole up to 2.5” looks like it should be ok. Plan C if all goes to shit is to start saving and buy 7 new wheels. That one’s gonna be a bit. IMG_6101.jpgIMG_6102.jpg

Wheel spacers worked. Still going to have to modify just a hair as there’s just a smidge not enough clearance around the end of the hub for the retainer slips for the center caps. Otherwise pretty happy with where she’s at. IMG_6109.jpgIMG_6110.jpgIMG_6111.jpgIMG_6112.jpgIMG_6113.jpgIMG_6114.jpg

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
