Gear trouble

So my 2012 Wrangler is popping out of first gear it happens randomly and yes it's all the way in gear. Seems to happen when I roll away from a stop in first. Is it under warranty? And y is this an issue at 34,000 miles Jeep?

Call your dealer. I am pretty confident there is a TSB on that for the synchro. I can't remember if it's first or fifth gear, but I know I've seen several.

TSB Reference #21-002-12, I think.

My dad's 08 had the exact same problem, dealership fixed in under warranty

That one is for an automatic. I think OP has a manual, he didn't disclose that. I know there was indeed a TSB for manual transmission popping out of gear. I just can't remember if it was 1st or 5th.
