Tune?

If i put a new header and exhaust and a new intake on my 2.5l TJ will i have to get it tuned? This is my first jeep and im not super familiar with the 4 cylinders.

No. Not until you install larger injectors.

That was my next goal was to put bosch 4 hole fuel injectors in feel they would run alot better than the factory one hole fuel injectors.

I went to a remanufactured set for a Ford Crown Vic 4.6 (I forget the exact lb/hr rating) 4-hole injectors on my 1995 2.5. The lb/hr rating was close enough to the stock injectors that the computer adjusted within a few minutes of running. Idle and throttle response are a smidge better but overall I didn't notice much improvement.
