How much taller does the premium soft top sit compared to hard top?

Caught the Bug
Anyone know? I didn't measure mine before swapping and my garage door is pretty darn close to the hard top. Because I'm in Miami now, the hurricane proof garage door has menacing floor anchors that stick down, and the floor slab is raised for water proof-ness. I did get the upper limit switch maxed out to get a little more clearance. I'm hoping to avoid the hassle of swapping the tops just to find out the soft top gets ripped apart pulling in the garage.

If for some reason it is a little taller, could you just leave the top down when you pull in/out of the garage? Just a thought being you have nicer weather down there. Beats swapping tops.

I'm sitting around 82" with the top now and still (and I'm taking fractions of a millimeter) fit into my garage. I would throw it on and let the fabric stretch for a week or two and see how close you are.
