Just bought my first Jeep and looking for recommendations on locks for the spare tire. What's the best out there? What do most go with?

I've realized that if someone wants it bad enough they'll take it no matter what you do. A good set of locking lug nuts should keep an honest man honest

I used an old locking wheel stud and key I had. As stated above at the end of the day dremeling a slot in it would take it right off. So just make it that little bit harder to get then the next jeep in the lot and you should be fine. I was always more paranoid someone would steal my doors. Lol

I use a locking lug nut on my spare as well. No ones walked off with it yet so I guess it's doing its job.

Bolt tire lock IMO is the best tire lock it will set itself to your ignition key with no other added keys.
