Largest Tire Size on a 2016 Stock Rubicon Unlimited

Can anyone please give me some feedback as to what the largest tire size can be fitted onto a stock Rubicon with flat fenders and aftermarket wheels? Also what should the backspacing be for the wheels and would I need spacers? I don't want the tries stuffed up under the jeep but would like to go up a bit in tire size until I can get a full lift. Thanks in advance!!

With flat fenders and factory wheels with 1.5" wheel spacers or new wheels with 4.5" of back spacing or less, you "can" run as big as a 35" tire.

Thanks for the info Eddie, I'm thinking of getting some Method wheels, what back spacing should i get? And would I still need the spacers? I'll most likely just go with 33" tires for now with 17x9 wheels.

Caught the Bug
4.5" is the backspace you'll want. Stock wheels are 6.25". Spacers would move that out to 4.75". 4.5" is about right for aftermarket wheels.
