12v source/tap point

I'm adding a powered speaker and I've found a dandy spot to wire the 8ga power cable to. I can not identify a passenger side passage thru the firewall that I can co-opt. 98 Sahara. Any success stories to share?

Depending on where tours putting the speaker you could go through one of the gromits under the front seats and run the cable up to the battery on the inside of the frame rail.

Yep, that's my desperation play if I can't find a firewall pass thru. I'd really rather not drill a passage.

Exactly how I took it.

And exactly what happened, thru the drain and along the frame to the battery. The low profile Boss powered subwoofer fit neatly under the rear seat and provides more than enough bass to support the dash and sound bar speakers (and the remote level control seems like a good plan, too.)
