When i turn my headlights on the left blinker on the dash stays on constant but the blinker wont turn on all the way its barely on. Is it just a bad bulb or wiring?

Shouldn't be a bulb. The only bulb that could would be the rear left tail light, if you haven't changed over to LEDs. Four screws and you can check that out. After that, start looking into the wiring. If you don't have a service manual, get one. They come with wiring diagrams.

I had a similar issue. Wire to the left side marker light was worn through the insulation and rubbing the hole in the fender where the wire feeds to the lense. Kept blowing the fuse.
I changed the turn signal unit on the steering column and traced the wires through the firewall before I went to the obvious problem.

From now on, I work from the light back to the switch.
